When purchasing one of our products online, please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly. If your project is outside of the scope of a standard residential home, please contact us to provide you with a more accurate quotation.

The process when buying online is as follows;

  1. You purchase your chosen product online, making payment via a secure connection using your credit card
  2. We will send you an email within one working day requesting drawings or plans for us to complete the report. Remember to check your inbox regularly!
  3. Once we receive the drawings, we can now start on your report. Our turnaround time is approximately 10 working days from the point of receiving the drawings to when you receive your report
  4. Once you receive your report, feel free to send us any queries or minor adjustments you would like made
  5. Finally, remember to contact us again (or buy online) when your project reaches the next phase – for example, when you move on the detailed design state or would like assistance with tender negotiations. We are able to offer bespoke solutions to meet you needs, at any stage.
